Perspective
MetaSystem uses a holographic systems approach to consulting, recognizing that issues found in one area are likely to exist in other areas of the company, as they are all products of the same system. By considering organizational structure, processes, and corporate culture, we address the critical aspects of an organization and help you create the foundation for true change.

Methodology
Our method utilizes Multi-Level Systemic Coaching: simultaneous coaching of individuals heading multiple organizations, individuals within the same team, and teams within the same organization. Rather than coach a single executive in a specific department, or delivering separate workshops on sales, marketing, customer service, teambuilding, management, and leadership, we work across the different departments of an organization. This multi-level approach encourages parallel change and improvement on several fronts, avoiding the syndrome where an individual's improvement in one department is inhibited by an individual in another department's lack of vision or direction.
MCG work goes beyond short-term activity. We want to develop a program with you that instills on-going and deep cultural change within your organization. Our objective is your objective: creating lasting results that meet both short and long-term goals.
Assessment
The initial intervention is just the beginning of an on-going process. These initial activities will help people to think differently about themselves, their work and their interactions with each other.
We like to make assessment fun - none of those boring forms! Using experiential approaches such as creating music and working with horses, we invite you and your group to engage in exercises that are interesting and productive for both of us. For you, this is an opportunity to get out of the day-to-day office environment, expand your potential and be productive. For us, this experience serves as a systematic diagnostic for group process and a basis for the intervention and work.
Program Development
Once we identify the issues, we then continue with a work session real time that is an extension of the learning process, with functions and themes interwoven. Within this environment, participants are required to make on-the-spot strategic decisions while managing time and resources. Or clients confirm that this approach is very time-effective and allows for change on many fronts within the same intervention.
Structure Internal Follow-Up
One of the unique aspects of MetaSystem's work is to create an internal network of support that will engage the values, hearts and minds of the people involved. We will help the people who are involved in the change to also provide the necessary follow-up. In our experience, this element of internal follow-up is the difference between success and failure of any organization growth venture.
