Group coaching is a powerful tool designed to facilitate change in small business owners, entrepreneurs, managers and leaders in small-to-mid-size companies as well as principal share or stakeholders. The program is focused on long-term systemic changes rather than short-term problem solving. A coaching group consists of 4 to 7 coaching participants working with a MetaSystem coach for a period of six months. It is an effective, affordable way to make a significant difference in your business and your life in a relatively short amount of time.

Group Coaching supports clients to:

Group Coaching includes:

• Two 75-minute teleconference coaching sessions per month
• Phone and e-mail access to your coach between calls
• A forum for learning and discovery that will make a substantial difference in your business and your life
• Experiential and adult learning technologies
• Facilitation by an International Coach Federation certified coach
• Support tools and materials
• Private groups within one company can be arranged, for instance all the district sales managers for company X
• Competitors may be in the same group if all parties mutually consent
• Three and Six month programs available.
