Lisa Murrell
has spent the last 12 years working globally to help clients achieve breakthrough results in the areas of organization development and executive coaching.
Ms. Murrell utilizes a holistic approach which recognizes that issues identified in one area of a company or individual's performance are likely to impact other areas of the system in which they exist. Using this model, she integrates her knowledge of systems theory with extensive experience designing structures and facilitating processes for organizations to help her clients achieve outstanding results.
Ms. Murrell graduated cum laude from New York University with a BA in Psychology, and completed the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resources at Teachers College, Columbia University,
and is a Professional Certified Coach, PCC, from the
International Coach
Federation.
Memberships include the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, as well as the Organization Development Network and International Coach Federation.

Paul Kwiecinski
Paul is a consultant and executive coach who helps leaders and teams in dynamic environments focus on transformative actions, conversations, and ways of being that promote effective action towards desired business outcomes. His clients report that they clarify their purpose, gain confidence in building new awareness and skill, and find renewed and sustainable energy for personal and professional change.
In 1999 Paul co-founded Face The Music, incorporating the blues into his organizational work. Recent clients include Bank of America, Endo Pharmaceuticals, JPMorganChase, GE, BlackRock, Club Med, Sanofi-Aventis, Mercer Delta, Millennium, and Corning. He has published articles in organization development and coaching magazines, has been interviewed on NPR and has appeared on CNN's Business Unusual. As a speaker, Paul has presented at Human Issues in Management Conference, Linkage Best of OD Summit, the Leadership Forum, Fortune Innovation Forum, International Coach Federation, Pepperdine MSOD Alumni Conference, and the Society for Human Resources Development (SHRM).
Paul has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Notre Dame, he is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the
International Coach
Federation,
and was trained and mentored in consulting by Alain Cardon of Metasysteme, France.

Alain Cardon
In 1976 Alain co-founded "Transformation Consultants", specializing in communication and management consulting. Since 1985 he has focused on Systems Analysis applications in Team Development and Organizational Development. Alain is also an executive, team, and organization coach specializing in accompanying transitioning leaders and corporations in international and intercultural contexts. Alain is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), and an ICF certified coach trainer. He is the author of numerous books (12+) on organizational development, systems thinking, and team coaching. He works worldwide in English, French, and Arabic.

Marine Spring
has almost two decades of experience developing highly effective teams and successful executives, first working in a corporate environment in France at the Accor Group, an international hospitality company, then coming to the United States and establishing her own consulting firm, Drop of Light, in New York. She is now located in Tucson, AZ. What makes Marine's perspective unique is her experience with golf on a personal and professional level.
