Team Coaching

MetaSystem's team coaching is both stimulating and productive. It is a practical action-oriented learning process centered on developing your organization's operational results. Team coaching is a series of meetings — either off-site, at the office, webcasts or teleconferences — that leverage team strengths and reveal learning and growth opportunities pointing the way to creating a more productive team dynamic. A Team Coaching Intervention...

  • Is a team challenge that calls for creativity and organization, adaptability and precision, personal initiative and collaboration.
  • Provides individuals with an opportunity to complete or update their managerial, leadership and followership capacities.
  • Takes place in 'real time'- diagnosis, decision, action and evaluation periods unfold in much the same way as everyday leadership and team-work situations. When implemented with an executive team, and followed-up within the rest of its organization, "team development" interventions can be a critical tool for major transformations of corporate culture.
  • Addresses an unlimited range of themes - The only criteria is that they have meaning for the team and are useful to its transformational process.
  • Includes a combination of indoor and outdoor experiential learning situations. These can incorporate guided groundwork with horses, structured activities on the golf course, or a music-related interaction.
