I am thrilled to announce that Equine Alchemy's 2009 Equine Assisted Coach Training Program finished with great celebration! Congratulations! This network is growing by leaps and bounds!
September was a big month here at Bushwood Farm just north of NYC. We had people from the East Coast, West Coast, Europe, New Mexico and in the middle of the US joining us.
Each of the EAC graduates worked very hard and completed their studies by giving their own workshop! They are all now involved in supervision and mentoring which will result in their application for ICF certification. We are all looking forward to this.
Combining ICF coaching and the Epona Approach to developing human potential is raising the bar in Equine Assisted Learning. As the creator of this new approach to coaching, I believe that this program can improve the way that industry leaders, and their businesses, compete in today's marketplace. Our goal is to help people attain better productivity at work and greater personal happiness in all aspects of their lives.
I received this note from one of our graduates, Susan Castaneda, and thought I would pass it along to you. Thank you, Susan, and good luck to you!
"The Equine Assisted Coach Training was more than 'training'; it was a journey into my deepest self, led by a visionary, herself bold, warm and intuitive. Lisa set in motion a new way of Being by inviting me to engage, to connect, to reach for the moon---and by creating a sacred space of possibility, she inspired a belief that I could do it.
EAC training was a gift of wisdom activated through experience... With flair and panache, Lisa, Johanna, and the Equine Alchemy herd, offered a model of Coach training in which I existed in a state of grace...a state in which I engaged with Spirit and its many manifestations. Part of me was dying, relinquishing limiting patterns and beliefs in order to explore how I could connect with my authentic self and power through the Way of the Horse. Part of me was being reborn, and Simon, Pinot, Jaegar, Chocolate, and Spanky accompanied me, sharing their equine wisdom with me on my journey from the past to a brave new world.
My shift is not only into a world of coaching, but into a world in which I am intentionally creating a life purpose based upon the co-creative experiences I shared with the herd, my fellow trainees, Johanna, and Lisa.
Thank you, Lisa!"
Thank YOU, Susan! We are already planning EAC 2010! Give us a call and get started today!
